Friday catch up

A very good and warm evening from swim HQ.

Tomorrow will be our last club before the half term break, we return on Saturday 7th June.

You should all have received your new invoices for club, please can you let us know if you have not had your new bill yet.

It is very important you pay this promptly as pool hire, insurance and certificates all come out of your payments to club.

Unfortunately we have still have some outstanding accounts from last term, this does impact on our budget and ultimately will result in higher club fees to cover non payees.

We do have a waiting list of children ready to start but places are being currently occupied by late payers.

I ask fees are paid on time please our treasurer is always available for payment plans and we are open for you to talk to us.

I have recently received a very large box of certificates ready for Saturday see pic belowone of the great things with club is the recognition we give to our swimmers in the shape of certificates and badges, this makes us very very proud of the progress and achievement your children has made with the help and guidance of our amazing swim teachers .

Summer term starts in June and our traditional focus on water safety which I know everyone really enjoys, we do live near to water and it’s so important we teach to everyone the dangers and how to be safe around water and the sea.

Thank you to all who keep us informed about child absences and any changes we need to aware of, this does help me and our teachers who plan their classes.

I have also added a poster regarding swimwear safety I hope it highlights the need to choose colours that can be seen as shown in the poster. It does make you think .
